Assign to your team

Set the requirements

Named employees · Due date · Pass mark

Choose the people, due date and pass mark. Assignments are never automatic.

Prove what happened

Keep the evidence

Attempts · Answers · Certificates

Review attempts, scores and recorded answers. Export the attempts log and print certificates.

Keep the record as it happened.

Training content changes. The evidence of a past attempt must remain traceable.

The question, as asked

Every recorded answer keeps a snapshot of its question. Editing a question later cannot rewrite what an employee was tested on.

A change history that cannot be edited through the app

The append-only audit trail records who changed what, when, and the before-and-after values. There is no endpoint to edit or delete an entry. Export the trail as CSV.

Archive, never delete the training history

Archive content already used for training while keeping its attempts, answers and certificates.

An identifiable software version

The running version appears in the app and at a public endpoint. Every release is tagged and documented in a changelog written for auditors. The in-house application validation record is based on GDP / SOPs, with release notes citing the relevant sections.

Backups with visible checks

Nightly off-site backups are retained permanently. A failure triggers an immediate email; no successful backup within 26 hours triggers an alert. A weekly digest and a direct storage check make status visible. Restore has been tested.

Sending a procedure isn’t the same as proving training.

When someone asks for the evidence, you need more than the document you sent.

Who completed the training?

See who was assigned, what was due and how they performed.

What were they tested on?

Keep each recorded answer alongside the question exactly as it was asked.

What changed afterward?

Follow the change history without losing the original training record.

From the source document to the training record.

Turn a document into training

Generate a study guide that follows the document section by section, plus flashcards and tests. Edit every part. Configure question count, difficulty and answer choices, using multiple-choice and true-or-false questions. Optional instant feedback shows the result as each answer is chosen and locked.

Grading follows fixed rules: the same answers always produce the same score. No AI-judged free-text grading.

Assign it, track it

Give named employees a due date and pass mark. Their Hub shows assignments, overdue training, score trends, subject mastery, streaks and certificates.

For admins, filtered attempts, employee histories, a mastery matrix and question insights show where people need attention. Export attempts as CSV, download a complete copy of your database, and print certificates.

Training videos, measured honestly

Assign uploaded videos to named employees. Coverage counts the unique seconds actually played, with progress carried across sittings. Skips, elapsed time and playback speed are recorded.

A record that holds up

Keep the question as it was asked, the answer recorded and the history of later changes. Archive used training content while preserving attempts, answers and certificates.

Access control

Admins create training, assign it and review results. Employees study, take tests and watch videos. Review who can sign in and revoke access immediately when someone leaves.

Runs itself

Nightly off-site backups, failure alerts and a weekly digest keep backup status visible. Sessions survive deployments, so an update does not sign someone out mid-test. Nothing to install; employees use a browser, including on a phone.

Dragging to the end records 0%.

A playback position is not a viewing record. StudyHubHQ counts the unique seconds actually played, not the furthest point reached.

Skipping is allowed. Each jump is logged with its start and end timestamps. Completion requires 95% of the video to have been played, accumulated across sittings. Replaying the same section does not add new coverage.

Real elapsed time and playback speed are recorded server-side. If someone plays 120 seconds of video in 30 seconds at 4× speed, the record says so.

95% genuinely played to complete a video

Your company’s training. Your own database.

Customer data is never pooled. Your company’s records live in their own database file with their own backups, so no query can reach another customer’s data. Your admins control who has access.

We set up access by contact. There is no public sign-up.

Control access. Keep the history.

Remove access immediately

Deactivate an account to block sign-in, end open sessions on any device and cancel unused password-reset links. Training history stays intact. Reactivate the account if needed.

Review who can sign in

See the accounts with access and their last sign-in. Account creation, edits, role changes, deactivation, deletion and issued password resets are audited.

Protect sign-in and password recovery

Repeated failed sign-ins trigger increasing waits, with additional limits on repeated requests from a network. Password-reset links expire and work once. Employees can request a reset by email; admins can issue one too.

Keep video access private

Videos stay in private object storage. Short-lived signed links provide temporary permission to stream a video directly to the viewer.

Set browser protections

A Content Security Policy restricts scripts and off-site requests. Other browser protections prevent the app being embedded in another site, stop files being interpreted as a different type, and tell browsers to use encrypted HTTPS connections.

Questions before you put it to work.

Is this only for logistics companies?

No. The input is an SOP, and the output is a study guide, flashcards and a test on it.

It is for anyone who needs to prove staff were trained on an SOP.

Does it replace an LMS with SCORM?

No. StudyHubHQ is not an LMS with SCORM.

It turns your documents into training, assigns named people and preserves the results.

Can we review and edit generated training?

Yes, and you should. The study guide, every flashcard and every question are editable after generation. Each edit is written to the audit trail: who changed what, when, before and after.

Editing a question never changes what past attempts show. Each recorded answer keeps the question exactly as it was asked, so you can correct the training material without rewriting history.

What does an auditor actually see?

For an employee, the records include test attempts with dates, scores and pass/fail results; recorded answers with the original question wording; certificates; and assignments with due dates and status. Video records show coverage, skips and elapsed viewing time.

For the system, there is an append-only audit trail of content and account changes, the exact running software version at a public address, and a release changelog written for audit review.

What can we export?

Test attempts as CSV, the full audit trail as CSV, printable certificates — and a complete backup of your entire database, downloadable by your admin at any time as a single file. Nothing is locked in.

Where does our data live, and who owns it?

Each customer’s records live in their own database with their own backups. Nothing is pooled with any other customer. Off-site backups run nightly and are retained permanently. Your admins control employee accounts, and can download a complete copy of the database at any time.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Deactivate their account in one click. This immediately blocks sign-in, ends open sessions on any device and cancels unused password-reset links. Their training record is preserved as part of your organisation’s training history. Deactivation is reversible.

The “Who can sign in” view supports periodic access reviews.

How do we get started?
