StudyHubHQ provides internal document-based training, testing and training records. StudyHubHQ is a product name, not a registered business entity.

Getting access

Access is arranged by contact. Each customer’s records are kept in their own database, separate from every other customer’s. There is no public self-service sign-up.

Customer administration

The customer’s admins are responsible for deciding who receives access and for managing those accounts. Admins can create and edit training, choose the employees assigned, set due dates and pass marks, and review recorded results.

Generated training should be reviewed before it is assigned.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, with reasonable-effort availability.

Data and leaving the service

Training records are preserved to document past training.

There is no self-service cancellation because there is no self-service sign-up. Contact mobleyproducts@gmail.com to discuss ending the service.
