Information in the StudyHubHQ app

The app stores user accounts, including name, username and email; training content; test attempts and answers; video-viewing records; and an audit trail.

Each customer’s data lives in its own database, separate from every other customer’s. Nightly backups are kept in private object storage and retained permanently. A customer’s admin can download a complete copy of the database at any time.

Access and retention

Customer admins control who has an account and can deactivate or delete accounts. Deactivation revokes access while keeping the training record. Training records are retained rather than deleted because documenting past training is their purpose.
